Heart Break is a Brain Injury. (Sort of)

Wednesday, February 2 - 7:00pm in Santa Monica at Juneshine Tasting Room

A lecture style happy hour where we’ll break down heartbreak as a neurobiological phenomenon: how attachment circuitry, reward pathways, and the brain’s threat systems collaborate to make loss feel physical.

We’ll talk about attachment styles, craving loops, rumination cycles, leaving you with micro-practices rooted in neuroscience to calm the nervous system, interrupt the replay reel, and rebuild your day-to-day when everything feels hard.

This event is limited to minimal guests and is a quick 60-minute experience designed for learning, grabbing a mocktail/cocktail & leaving with actionable tools. See our events @clubrewire
